UK Fuels add 315 new fuelling stations in partnership with Sainsbury’s Supermarkets

UK Fuels are pleased to announce a new partnership with Sainsbury’s Supermarkets to allow access to their 315 fuelling stations.

UK Fuels have been making great progress to improve both the number of site locations and quality of their network to enhance their fuel card offering. With the new Sainsbury’s sites, plus their existing network partners - Motor Fuel Group, Eurogarages, Applegreen and the more recent additions of Co-op, The Kay Group and Welcome Break – the UK Fuels network now has over 3,350 fuelling stations.

Details of the new Sainsbury’s sites will be announced by the end of November 2020.

Keyfuels Increase Network Acceptance

Keyfuels have added an additional 21 new locations, increasing their Network acceptance to over 3,200 sites throughout the UK.

We also need to advise of some changes to the Network where a small number of sites will now incur a delivery surcharge premium for any fuel drawings at these locations. These changes will come into effect from 9th November 2020.

COVID-19 Update: Important guidance for our customers

Following the recent Government announcements, we would like to advise customers of the following:

We’re still here to serve our customers

As suppliers of essential transport fuels, fuel cards, lubricants and heating oil, we are required to remain open for business to support our commercial, agricultural and domestic customers across the country. Our account managers remain operational, with the vast majority of our office-based colleagues now working from home, in accordance with government guidelines.

You can still call us on the usual number

You’ll still be able to reach us between 8:30am and 5:00pm on 01666 510612 to discuss your fuel card requirements, although we are experiencing very high call volumes at this time.

As we are receiving an increased volume of enquiries, you may find it takes slightly longer to receive your fuel cards. Please bear with us – we’re working hard to help as many customers as we can, and we thank you all for your patience.

Demand is high, but the UK supply chain is operating as normal

All our fuel card networks are continuing to operate as normal and we do not anticipate that the situation is likely to change. You can continue to use your fuel card for purchases at fuel stations and bunker sites around the country. In addition, our Watson Fuels bunker sites remain fully operational at this time.
